It sure does! You can include sound or music to your custom videos. Lumi has a volume control button and you
can turn it off anytime.
How do I turn off the frame?
There is an on off button.
What comes with the frame?
You will get your very own acrylic video frame with a USB cable, screen cloth, and charger.
Can I pause the photo frame?
Yes, it has pause feature and if you have more than one video or photo, there is feature to skip to the next.
how long does the frame stay on for?
When the frame is fully charged it will have a battery life of 2-3 hours. However, you can simply plug the USB cable (included in the package) into your computer or AU powerpoint (included in the package) and it will allow your frame to stay on 24/7!
What is your return policy?
We only allow returns of an item within 14 days once received. If the product is received damaged or you are facing issues with the frame, send us an email with your order number and we will get it resolved quickly!
Can I change the video once I buy it?
Yes, it’s very easy. Just connect to your Windows/Mac computer via the USB cable provided. Once connected, a folder will appear with 3 sub-folders, Photos / Video / Music, just drag and drop your files in one of these. Just make sure that your video/image file meets the correct format and screen resolution.
Does the frame have an automatic rotation?
Yes, it has an automatic rotation function, so you can rotate the frame horizontally or vertically. However, please ensure your videos and images are either portrait or landscape, to have optimal viewing experience.
